# Security & Public Safety Policy – TUA Events Management

 

At TUA Events Management, participant and spectator safety is our highest priority. We commit to full cooperation with relevant security authorities (including the Egyptian Ministry of Interior) to ensure a safe, organized environment for everyone.

 

## 1. Compliance with Security Instructions:

– All participants must follow instructions from the event security team, official police forces, and posted guidelines at the event venue.

– TUA management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who fails to comply with security instructions or poses a risk to others.

 

## 2. Identity Verification & Registration:

– The name on your registration form must match your National ID (for Egyptians) or Passport (for non-Egyptians).

– Security personnel may request to see your National ID or a copy of it when collecting your race BIB or upon entering the event venue.

 

## 3. Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the event venue:

– Firearms, sharp objects, or any weapons.

– Flammable materials or fireworks.

– Narcotics or alcohol.

– Bicycles or electric scooters (except authorized wheelchairs for people with disabilities).

 

## 4. Photography & Public Order:

– Personal photography is allowed, but drones are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from TUA management and security authorities.

– Any disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior is forbidden. TUA will take appropriate legal action against violators.

 

## 5. Emergency Situations:

– In case of emergency (medical, security, or weather-related), proceed immediately to the nearest first-aid point or security officer.

– TUA management will coordinate with ambulance services and police to evacuate any dangerous situation immediately.

 

## 6. Assumption of Risk:

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that running events involve physical exertion, and you agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety under the security and organizational measures provided.
